2.1 By registering an account on the 77zk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and all applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77zk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 77zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 77zk platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal age to engage in gambling. 77zk employs CNIC-based age verification and zero-tolerance enforcement of this requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances will be forfeited without recourse.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active 77zk account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact 77zk support immediately.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes fraud and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before withdrawal facilities are enabled, all users must complete the 77zk KYC process by submitting a valid CNIC. 77zk may request additional supporting documentation — including a recent bank statement or utility bill — at its discretion as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the initial withdrawal request will result in account suspension pending verification.
3.5 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a 77zk account: employees of 77zk and their immediate family members; persons who have been permanently self-excluded from 77zk; persons who have been identified as professionally advantaged through means that compromise game integrity; and persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
4.1 Account Security. Real Money Balances will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within five business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77zk reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month from dormant account balances after notification. Accounts with zero balance after a dormancy period of twenty-four (24) months may be archived.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77zk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice subject to operational requirements. All transactions are denominated in PKR unless the USDT option is selected, in which case prevailing exchange rates apply.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 77zk cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to periodic revision.
5.3 No Platform Fees. 77zk does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider, mobile wallet, or bank may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 77zk's control and responsibility.

6.5 Maximum Bonus Conversion. Unless otherwise stated in specific offer terms, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Funds to withdrawable Real Money Balance is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount received.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of 77zk. The 77zk sportsbook reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, restrict market availability, or decline any bet without providing a reason.
7.2 Bet Settlement. 7.3 Manifestly Incorrect Odds. If a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, 77zk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. Notification will be provided via account message within 24 hours of the void decision.
7.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events. If an event is abandoned before the minimum required play time as defined by the relevant governing body, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Live bets accepted after the minimum play time threshold has been reached will be settled on the result at the time of abandonment where sufficient criteria exist.
7.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits per event, sport, and market type apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. No single event payout will exceed the stated maximum regardless of cumulative stake or odds.

10.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77zk intellectual property without express written authorisation from 77zk.
10.3 The 77zk name, logo, and all associated brand marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any format — including social media, promotional material, or affiliate marketing without written agreement — is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77zk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
